Parents of teens
I am a Youth Resilience Coach with certification and extensive experience working with young people of different ages. My background experience as an afterschool care counselor and teacher has equipped me to effectively work with teens ages 12-17 to overcome their obstacles. My personalized coaching services include assisting your teen in setting goals, developing self-awareness, creating a plan of action, and utilizing other coaching skills to increase their confidence.
Young Adults
Being a young adult comes with its own set of challenges. Far too often, you are expected to become more intentional about your well-being. As someone who had their own epiphany in adulthood, I understand the path young people take to find their purpose. My coaching can help you find confidence in decision-making, become more independent, and better navigate life’s obstacles.
